Lasagna is a popular Italian dish that is also popular in Japan. I make layers of meat sauce, white sauce, and lasagna sheets. By using a gluten-fee lasagna sheet, the dish become gluten-free. It is hard to find it in Japan though.
You can use any oven plates or dish. The quantity of ingredients varies based on the size of the dish. I used 20cm x 20cm square heat resistant glass.
Ingredients
Lasagna sheet for 3 layers
Meat sauce
White sauce
Grated cheese
Shredded cheese
How to cook
1. Prepare lasagna sheets. Follow the instruction on the package. The sheets that I used did not need any preparation.
2. Spread meat sauce in a dish.
3. Place a lasagna sheet that covers meat sauce.
4. Spread white sauce on the lasagna sheet.
5. Repeat the layers of meat sauce -> lasagna sheet -> white sauce. Make 3 layers.
6. On the last layer of the white sauce, spread grated cheese, and then a shredded cheese.
7. Cook in an oven for 40 minutes at 180C.
