Bolognese sauce is an Italian dish but very popular in Japan. This sauce can be eaten with pasta or gratins. Meat can be beef, pork, or mixed. You can also add mushrooms and also remove celery.
Ingredients
Minced meat 500g
Onion 150g
Carrot 100g
Celery 100g
Canned tomato 400g
Water 400㏄
Bouillon cube 5g
Salt 8g
Pepper
Bay leaf 2pcs
Thyme
Nutmeg
How to cook
1. Chop onion, carrot, and celery.
2. Cook vegetables and minced meat in a pan.
3. When minced meat is almost cooked, add canned tomato, water, salt, some pepper, bay leaves, and bouillon cube. Let it boil.
4. Remove bubbles and excess oils. Add thyme and nutmeg.
5. Cook until most of the soup is gone.
