I always make soup when I cook “gyoza” dumplings. I use both mixture of gyoza as well as wrapped gyoza. With your preferences, green onions and wood ear mushrooms can be added.
Ingredients
Gyoza mixture 50g
Wrapped gyoza 8pcs
Wood ear mushroom 4pcs
Green onion 10㎝
Water 1,000㏄
Chinese soup stock(granules) 5㏄
Salt 3g
Soya-bean sauce 10㏄
Pepper
How to cook
1. Slice wood ear mushrooms and green onions.
2. Boil water in a pan. Add gyoza mixture, Chinese soup stock, salt, soya-bean sauce, green onion, and wood ear mushrooms. Remove bubbles. Cook for about 5 minutes.
3. Add wrapped gyoza. Cook for about 10 minutes.
