Small horse mackerels like 10 ㎝ are suitable for this dish. Remove guts thoroughly and fry. Eat everything from head to tail. The fish become crispy and tasty.
How to cook
1. Remove guts using hands. If you couldn’t remove guts with your hands, the fish could be too big to eat this way.
2. Salt fish.
3. Put fish in a plastic bag and add rice powder. Shake well. In this way, fish are covered with rice powder only little.
4. Fry fish with 160C of oil for about 10 minutes. Taste and salt if needed.
