Ponzu is a kind of sauce that contains soya-bean sauce and “yuzu” juice. “Yuzu” is a citrus fruit that is very sour and has a nice smell. Ponzu is used when we eat “shabu-shabu”, boiled green vegetables, or pickles. You can easily find ponzu at supermarkets but very easy to make yourself.
