Cooked apple with cinnamon and sugar. You can eat as it is, with yogurt, or used for pound cakes. If the apple did not have any sourness, add 5cc of lemon juice. I used an apple called “kogyoku”, that they are sweet and sour, suitable for making dessert.
Ingredients
Apple 6pcs
Sugar 30% of apple
Cinnamon 1-2g
How to cook
1. Peel skins of apple. Cut into 8, and then slice to 5-7 mm thickness.
2. Weigh the apple. Put apple and sugar (30% of apple’s weight) in a pan.
3. Heat at high flame. Change to middle-low heat when sugar melts and water comes out from apple.
4. Cook until the apple become transparent.
5. Stop heating. Add cinnamon and mix. Store with syrup.
