Korean fried noodle using minced meat sweet and salty. Noodle should be Korean vermicelli, called “tanmyon”. Vegetables can be anything you like. I used green peppers, carrots, bamboo shoots, and green leaves. Shiitake mushrooms and cloud ear mushrooms are also suitable.
Ingredients
Korean vermicelli 100g
Sesame oil 15㏄
Soya-bean sauce 15㏄
Minced meat – sweet and salty 200g
Green pepper 50g
Carrot 50g
Boiled bamboo shoot 50g
Green vegetable 50g
Salt
Pepper
How to cook
1. Slice green peppers, carrots, and bamboo shoots. Boil green vegetables and cut into 5cm length.
2. Boil Korean vermicelli in a hot water with sesame oil and soya-bean sauce. See product package for the boiling time. Drain and cut vermicelli using scissors.
3. Spread some oil and heat a pan. Cook vegetables. Sprinkle some salt and peppers.
4. Add minced meat – sweet and salty.
5. Add Korean vermicelli and cook until all the liquid is gone. Add some soya-bean sauce if you need more taste.
