Lamb and Bamboo Shoots with Cumin

Bamboo shoots and lamb are cooked with cumin to give its unique flavor. Please adjust the quantity of chili peppers. I used Korean chili peppers and they are not that hot with 5cc.

Ingredients
Sliced lamb      500g
Boiled bamboo shoot  150g
Green onion      1pcs
Egg          1pc
Salt          5㏄
Pepper    
Sesame oil       30㏄
Cumin seed whole   10㏄
Chili pepper      5㏄

How to cook
1. Slice bamboo shoots. Cut green onion about 1cm length.
2. Mix bamboo shoots, green onions, sliced lamb, egg, salt, and some pepper well. Leave in a fridge for over 2 hours.
3. Heat sesame oil and cumin seeds in a pan. Cook until cumin flavor comes out.
4. Add the mixture of the lamb and the bamboo shoots.
5. Add chili pepper.

Slice bamboo shoots. Cut green onion into 1cm length.
Mix lamb, bamboo shoots, green onions, egg, salt, and pepper. Leave for 2 hours.
Heat sesame oil and cumin seeds.
Add mixture of lamb and bamboo shoots.
Add chili peppers.
