Bamboo shoots and lamb are cooked with cumin to give its unique flavor. Please adjust the quantity of chili peppers. I used Korean chili peppers and they are not that hot with 5cc.
Ingredients
Sliced lamb 500g
Boiled bamboo shoot 150g
Green onion 1pcs
Egg 1pc
Salt 5㏄
Pepper
Sesame oil 30㏄
Cumin seed whole 10㏄
Chili pepper 5㏄
How to cook
1. Slice bamboo shoots. Cut green onion about 1cm length.
2. Mix bamboo shoots, green onions, sliced lamb, egg, salt, and some pepper well. Leave in a fridge for over 2 hours.
3. Heat sesame oil and cumin seeds in a pan. Cook until cumin flavor comes out.
4. Add the mixture of the lamb and the bamboo shoots.
5. Add chili pepper.
