Namul is Korean cuisine, marinated salads of various vegetables. Namul of bean sprouts is very popular and you can find them at any “yakiniku” restaurants. The bean sprout used in this recipe is grown from soya beans.
Ingredients
Bean sprouts 200g
Sesame oil 15㏄
Ground sesame seeds 10㏄
Salt 2g
Garlic (ground) some
How to cook
1. Mix sesame oil, grounded sesame seeds, salt, and ground garlic in a bowl to make dressings.
2. Boil water and cook bean sprout for 5 minutes.
3. Drain well. Marinate with dressings.
