Crab claw has been covered with shrimp paste and deep-fried. This is a kind of Chinese cuisine. If you didn’t have a food processor to make a shrimp paste, chop shrimp and then squash them using a blade. By using bread crumbs made from gluten-free bread, the dish become gluten-free.

Crab claw 30pcs
Shrimp without shells 400g
Salt 7.5g
Sugar 1.5g
Egg white 1pc
Starch (a) 23g
Starch (b)
Bread crumbs
Oil
How to cook
1. Make a paste of shrimp, salt, sugar, and starch using a food processor.
2. Put starch (b) to the crab meat.
3. Cover crab meat with shrimp paste.
4. Cover with bread crumbs and shape to balls.
5. Deep-fry at 180C of oil.
