Rice Croquette

This is made from chicken rice. Make a rice ball with the chicken rice and wrap it with bread crumbs. By using gluten-free bread crumbs, the dish becomes gluten-free. Please serve with ketchup.

Ingredients
Chicken rice   
Bread crumbs
Egg      1pc

How to cook
1. Prepare chicken rice with smaller chicken than ordinary chicken rice.
2. Make about 5cm balls with the chicken rice.
3. Soak the ball in a beaten egg.
4. Cover the ball with bread crumbs.
5. Deep fry with 180C oil.

Soak in egg and then cover with bread crumbs.
Deep fry at 180C oil.
