Deep-fried Pond Smelt

Pond smelt is a small fish that is very popular in winter. We usually eat pond smelts deep-fried. You can eat from the head to the tail.

Ingredients
Pond smelt   300g
Salt      2g
Rice powder   30㏄
Oil

How to cook
1. Remove guts using your hands.
2. Put them in a plastic bag.
3. Put salt and shake.
4. Put rice powder and shake.
5. Deep fry at 180C of oil.
