Tacos Topped Rice

Tacos topped rice called “Taco Rice”, is very popular in Japan. “Taco rice” is created in Okinawa. Today, you can find Taco rice at many cafes.

Ingredients (for two)
Taco seasoned meat    300g
Steamed rice       180㏄ (in raw)
Lettuce          4pcs
Tomato          1pc
Sweet cone        50g
Shredded cheese      as needed
Tortilla chips        4pcs

How to cook
1. Prepare taco seasoned meat. Steam rice. Slice lettuce. Cut tomato into 1-2cm cubes.
2. Spread rice in a plate. Spread lettuce, and then the meat.
3. Top tomato and shredded cheese. Sprinkle sweet cones and crushed tortilla chips.
