Gluten-free Biscuit : Combination 2

This is a combination of plain biscuit and chocolate biscuit. I made sheets of both dough and rolled together.

Ingredients
Dough of plain biscuit    1 portion
Dough of chocolate biscuit  1 portion

How to cook
1. Prepare doughs of plain biscuit and chocolate biscuit.
2. Separate doughs into 100g and 150g, both plain and chocolate.
3. Make 100g dough into 10cm x 20cm sheet. Make 150g dough into 15cm x 20cm sheet. It will be easier if you use food wrap when make sheets.
4. Place small chocolate sheet on plain big sheet, and vice versa.
5. Gradually roll the sheets. Cover with the food wrap. Store in a fridge for 1 hour.
6. Slice with 7mm thickness. Bake for 15 minutes with 180C oven.

Separate both dough into 100g and 150g. Make 100g into 10cm x 20cm sheet, and 150g into 15cm x 20cm sheet.
Place small chocolate sheet on a big plain sheet. Do vice versa.    
Place small plain sheet on big chocolate sheet. Do the vice versa.
Roll gradually.
Cover with food wrap. Store in fridge for 1hour.
Slice 7mm thickness.
