This is a Japanese style of lamb chop. I usually season and marinate lamb chop for 2 days. You can add your favorite herbs in addition to my recipe.
Ingredients
Lamb chop 6pcs
Salt & pepper some
Soya-bean sauce 20㏄
Olive oil 15㏄
Garlic (grated) some
How to cook
1. Salt and pepper both sides of lamb chop.
2. Marinate lamb chop with soya-bean sauce, olive oil, and garlic. Store in a fridge for more than 1 hour.
3. Cook in an oven for 15 minutes at 200C.
