Eggplant cooked with minced meat – sweet and salty .”Mabonasu” is very popular dish and usually cooked like “mapotofu“, cooked minced meat with tofu.
Ingredients
Minced meat – sweet & salty 150g
Eggplant 300g
How to cook
1. Wash and cut off the tips of eggplants. Cut into half vertically, and then slice with about 1cm thickness.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Cook eggplants.
3. Add minced meat – sweet & salty when eggplants are almost cooked.
4. Cook until all the liquid is gone.
