Gluten-free Biscuit : Combination 1

This is a combination of plain and chocolate gluten-free biscuit. This time, I covered the chocolate dough with the plain dough. You can make other arrangements with this biscuit!

Ingredients
Plain biscuit dough     1 portion
Chocolate biscuit dough   1 portion

How to cook
1. Prepare biscuit dough of plain and chocolate.
2. Put the chocolate dough on the food wrap. Make the dough into a long tube using the food wrap.
3. Put the plain dough on the separate food wrap. Spread the dough into square that should be same length as the tube and the circumferences of the tube. It will be easier if you the food wrap to spread the dough.
4. Cover the tube chocolate dough with the plain dough.
5. Wrap the tube and store in the fridge for 1 hour.
6. Slice the tube with 7mm thickness.
7. Bake for 15 minutes at 180C oven.

Make the chocolate dough into a long tube using a food wrap.
Spread the plain dough into a square with same length and the circumferences of the tube.
Cover the chocolate dough with the plain dough.
Wrap the tube and store in the fridge for 1hour.
Slice the tube with 7mm thickness. Bake for 15mins at 180C.
