Bamboo Shoot and Salty Kombu

Boiled bamboo shoots should be soaked in clean water to store. Today, I cooked with salty kombu. The salty kombu is very popular and sold at supermarkets. It doesn’t have to be the same salty kombu but use a similar one.

Ingredients
Boiled bamboo shoot   150g
Salty kombu       10g
Butter          15g

How to cook
1. Cut bamboo shoots with 5-7mm thickness.
2. Heat butter in a pan. Add bamboo shoots and cook.
3. Add salty kombu.

Heat butter and then cook bamboo shoots.
Add salty kombu.
This is the salty kombu I used this time.
