Pound Cake

There are many recipes for pound cakes. This recipe contains rum-soaked raisins and walnuts. Please place oven paper inside of the container if you use a tin container. I use a paper disposable container so oven paper is not needed. The cake becomes gluten-free by using rice powder instead of wheat flour.

Ingredients
Butter        150g
Sugar        140g
Egg         3pcs
Rice powder     150g
Baking soda     8㏄
Walnut       100g
Rum-soaked raisin  120g

How to cook
1. Leave butter in a room temperature. Break walnuts into small pieces. Sift rice powder and baking soda together. Drain rum-soaked raisins.
2. Make a butter like a cream using a beater.
3. Add sugar and mix well.
4. Add eggs and mix well.
5. Add rice powder and baking soda. Mix well.
6. Add rum-soaked raisins and walnuts.
7. Pour into containers. Make a dent at the center.
8. Bake for 40 minutes at 170C oven.

Leave butter in a room temperature. Make a butter cream with a beater. Add sugar and mix well.
Add eggs.
Add rice powder and baking soda.
Add walnuts and rum-soaked raisins.

Bake for 40mins at 170C oven.
