This dish is just cooked sliced pork and vegetables together. I use black vinegar but you can use ordinary vinegar or malt vinegar.
Ingredients
Sliced pork 300g~
Cabbage 300g~
Carrot 1pc
Potato 1pc
Wood ear mushroom 5pcs
Salt total 3g
Pepper
Oyster sauce 15㏄
Black vinegar 15㏄
How to cook
1. Cut cabbage into about 5cm cubes. Slice carrot into 1cm x 5cm rectangles. Cut wood ear mushrooms into small pieces. Cut sliced pork with about 5cm length.
2. Heat a pan with some oil. Cook vegetables. Salt and pepper.
3. Add pork. Salt and pepper.
4. Add oyster sauce when pork and vegetables are cooked.
5. Add black vinegar and cook for only 1 minute.
