Ingredients
Pork sparerib 1㎏
Garlic 2g
Ginger 5g
Green onion 10㎝
Soya-bean sauce 100㏄
Sugar 50g
Sake 30㏄
Mirin 30㏄
How to cook
1. Chop garlic, ginger, and green onion.
2. Mix all the ingredients. Marinate spareribs. Store in the fridge for 2 days. Turn upside down once in a while.
3. Cook in an oven for 20 minutes at 200C. Leave spareribs in the oven for another 10 minutes.
