This is a Spanish cuisine that I learned from my Spanish teacher a long time ago. The recipe has been changed from that time but this is my “Spanish Omelet”.
Ingredients (for 22cm diameter)
Potato 500g
Onion 100g
Olive oil 300㏄
Garlic 1g (chop)
Salt 3g
Black pepper
Egg 3pcs
How to cook
1. Peel skins of potato and slice at 1cm thickness. Chop onion.
2. Place potato and onion in a pan. Pour olive oil. Add garlic and salt. Cover the pan and heat at middle. Cook until potato softens.
3. Separate oil and potato.
4. Mix potato with egg and some black pepper.
5. Heat pan with olive oil. Pour the mixture of potato and eggs. Cover the pan and cook.
6. Turn upside down. It will be easier if you use another pan to cook the other side.
7. Cover the pan and cook until eggs are cooked.
