Cutlet – European Style

This is a European style of a cutlet. It is called “Schnitzel” in Germany. We call it “cutlet – Milanese” when it is beef. Meat can be beef, pork, or chicken. Any meat should be beaten by a meat hammer or alike to tenderize. By using bread crumb made from rice bread, the dish become gluten-free.

Ingredients
Meat for cutlet
Egg      1pc
Milk      10㏄
Rice powder
Bread crumb  50g
Grated cheese 50g
Salt
Pepper
Oil

How to cook
1. Beat meat using meat hammer. The meat will become about twice big.
2. Mix egg and milk. Mix bread crumb and grated cheese.
3. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of meat.
4. Cover meat with rice powder. Soak in the egg. Put bread crumbs.
5. Deep fry at 180C.
