A dessert using drained yogurt made after taking whey. This time, use kumquat in syrup. The sweetness comes only from the syrup of kumquat. Please adjust sweetness by changing the quantity of syrup.
Ingredients
Drained yogurt 200g
Kumquat in syrup 12pcs
Syrup of kumquat 100-150cc
Milk 100㏄
Gelatin 4g
How to cook
1. Soak gelatin in water. Remove seeds from kumquat in syrup and chop into small pieces.
2. Smooth drained yogurt in a bowl. Add syrup and mix well.
3. Heat milk in a small pan. Stop heating when milk boils. Add drained gelatin and dissolve well.
4. Mix milk and yogurt.
5. Add kumquat and mix well.
6. Pour into container. Cool for 4 hours.
