Lotus Roots Pizza

This is a pizza-like food. Use lotus roots as a pizza dough. The recipe is very simple that only shredded cheese is used. You can add olive, ham, sausages, or pepperoni. It would be good to add basil leaves too.

Ingredients
Lotus root     200g
Salt
Shredded cheese  150g-
Olive oil

How to cook
1. Peel the skin of lotus roots. Cut into four, and then slice with 5-7mm thickness. Soak in water.
2. Spread some olive oil in a pan and heat. Place lotus roots. Cook both sides for about 2-3 minutes each side. Sprinkle some salt.
3. After lotus roots become half-transparent, cover lotus roots with shredded cheese. Cover the pan and cook for few minutes until some of the cheese gets crispy.


Peel skin of lotus roots. Cut into 4. Slice 5-7mm thickness. Soak in water.
Cool both sides of lotus roots until they get half-transparent. Sprinkle some salt.
Cover lotus roots with shredded cheese. Cover the pan and cook.
Cook until all cheese is melted, and some cheese gets crispy.
