Marinated Oyster

Marinated oyster seasoned with soya-ban sauce. Small oysters are suitable for this dish.

Ingredients
Oyster      200g
Soya-bean sauce 15㏄
Olive oil     100㏄
Garlic      5g

How to cook
1. Scrub oysters with salt in a bowl. Wash with water.
2. Heat a pan. Cook oysters until waters are gone.
3. Sprinkle soya-bean sauce and sliced garlic. Add olive oil. Stop heating when olive oil become hot.
4. Store in a bottle and pour more olive oil to cover oysters.
