This is a kind of salad, Korean style, called “Namul” in Korean. This Korean salad is very popular in Japan. In Korea, namul is cooked with various vegetables. Recipes are different from vegetables. This recipe is for green vegetables like spinach or a crown daisy. I used a crown daisy this time.
Ingredients
Green vegetable 200g
Salt 3g
<Dressings>
Sesame oil 10㏄
Sesame (ground) 10㏄
Soya-bean sauce 5㏄
Salt 1g
How to cook
1. Boil green vegetables in a hot water with some salt for 1-3 minutes. Drain and cool them using cold water.
2. Drain vegetables well and cut into about 5cm length.
3. Mix ingredients of dressings in a bowl.
4. Mix dressings and the green vegetables.
