Salad of Japanese Radish and Scallops

A simple salad using canned scallops and Japanese white radish. The soup of the canned scallops is used to add scallop flavor to the radish.

Ingredients
Japanese radish  300g
Canned scallop   1pc
Salt        3g
Vinegar      5㏄
Mayonnaise    30㏄
Black pepper

Procedure
1. Slice radish. Mix with salt and soup of the canned scallop. Leave for 1 hour.
2. Squeeze radish to remove excess water. Do not squeeze too much.
3. Mix with mayonnaise and scallops. Add some salt and sprinkle black pepper.
