Fresh green peas are sold at supermarkets in spring. We cook rice with these peas to feel that spring is coming.
Ingredients
Raw rice 360㏄
Green peas 60g
Dashi soup 330㏄
Salt 2g
Sake 30㏄
How to cook
1. Separate peas from its pods. Wash lightly.
2. Prepare dashi soup. Use cool dashi soup.
3. Wash rice and drain. Mix all the ingredients in a pan or rice cooker. Leave for 30 minutes.
4. Cook rice with rice cooker. If you use high pressure cooker: 4 minutes with pressure.
5. Mix carefully.
