Grilled Chicken Cartilage

Chicken cartilage is a soft bone. I cook simple, cook in a pan with salt and peppers.

Ingredients
Chicken cartilage  300g
Salt        about 3g
Black pepper
Garlic (powder or ground)
Olive oil      15㏄

How to cook
1. Marinate chicken cartilage with salt, black pepper, garlic, and olive oil for 30 minutes.
2. Spread oil in a pan. Cook both sides of chicken cartilages with covered pan.

Marinate chicken cartilages with all the ingredients for 30 mins.
Spread oil in a pan. Cook at middle heat.
Cover the pan and cook both sides.
