Tofu and minced meat using precooked minced meat.
Ingredients
Minced meat – sweet & salty 100㏄ (use both soup and meat)
Tofu 400g
Green onion 10㎝
Ginger 10g
Sesame oil 15㏄
Dissolved starch starch 15cc + water 45cc
How to cook
1. Chop green onion and ginger. Cut tofu into dices or rectangles.
2. Cook green onion and ginger with sesame oil.
3. Add tofu when ginger started to smell.
4. Add minced meat and its soup. Cook for 5 minutes. Mix once in a while.
5. Add dissolved starch and cook until thickened.
