This is a daily dish. Minced meat has been seasoned with sugar and soya-bean sauce. This dish is called “soboro”. It can be eaten with lettuce or other leaves or can be cooked with tofu to make “mabo dofu”, or cooked with Korean vermicelli to make Korean fried noodle.
Minced meat can be beef, pork, or a mix of beef and pork.
Ingredients
Minced meat 500g
Soya-bean sauce 200㏄
Sugar 80㏄
How to cook
1. Heat all the ingredients in a pan.
2. Cook for about 10 minutes.
3. Store with soup.
