This is not a traditional Japanese cuisine but a very popular salad in Japan. There are many recipes for this dish and this is one of them.
Ingredients
Cabbage 1/4pc
Onion 1/2pc
Vinegar (a) 30㏄
Salt (a) 5g
Mayonnaise 15㏄
Sugar 2g
Vinegar (b) 15㏄
Salt (b) 2g
Olive oil 5㏄
Pepper
How to cook
1. Slice cabbage and onion. Marinate them with vinegar (a) and salt (a). Leave for 30 minutes.
2. Squeeze cabbage and onion to remove water.
3. Mix mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar (b), salt (b), pepper, and olive oil well in a bowl.
4. Marinate dressings and vegetables. Leave one hour before serve.
