Hamburger Steak

This is a steak made from minced meat. Meat can be pork, beef, lamb, or mixed. Hamburger steaks are very popular that there are many restaurants specialized to this dish. Please eat this steak with sauces. There are many sauces are sold at supermarkets and you can use your favorites.

Ingredients
Minced meat   800g
Onion      50g
Carrot      50g
Egg       1pc
Nutmeg     2㏄
Salt 
Pepper

How to cook
1. Chop onion and carrot. Cook them in a pan with some oils until onions become transparent. Salt and pepper.
2. Mix minced meat, egg, onions, and carrots in a bowl. Add nutmeg and some salts.
3. Make a ball. Heat a large pan and spread oil. Place balls and flatten them to 2-3cm thickness. Push the center of the patty.
4. Cook with middle heat. Turn around when the patty become crispy. Cover the pan and cook until the other side also become crispy. Stop heating when transparent liquid comes out from the pate. Leave them in a pan with the cover for 5 minutes.

Chop onion and carrot. Cook in a pan. Mix minced meat, egg, onions, carrots, and nutmeg. Some salt.
Mix well until meat become sticky.
Make patty. Heat a large pan and spread oil. Place patty.
Cover the pan. Turn around when the patty become crispy. Cook until the other side also become crispy and transparent liquid comes out. Stop heating and leave for 5mins with the cover.
