Corned Beef and Chinese Cabbage

Cooked Chinese cabbage with corned beef. Usually, cabbage is used for this dish but I prefer Chinese cabbage instead. If you could not find enoki mushrooms, you can change to shiitake mushrooms or other mushrooms.

Ingredients
Corned beef (canned)  100g
Chinese cabbage    300g
Enoki mushroom    50g
Salt and pepper

How to cook
1. Cut Chinese cabbage. Cut enoki mushrooms to half length.
2. Spread oil in a pan. Cook Chinese cabbage and enoki mushrooms. Salt and pepper.
3. Add corned beef and cook together.
