Pork Spareribs – (1)

There are many recipes using pork spareribs as Japanese daily dishes and this recipe is one of them. Marinate with dressings and grill in an oven. Taste a little sour because of vinegar.

Ingredients
Pork sparerib        1.2㎏
Ginger           15g
Soya-bean sauce      60㏄
Vinegar          30㏄
Sugar           25㏄
Ketchup (tomato sauce)   25㏄
Garlic           3g
Pepper           some
Corn starch         25㏄

How to cook
1. Ground ginger and garlic. Mix all the ingredients except spareribs to make dressings.
2. Marinate spareribs with dressings. Store in the fridge for 24 hours.
3. Cook in an oven for 20 minutes at 200C. Leave for another 10 minutes in an oven.

Marinate spareribs and store in the fridge for 24 hours.
Cook in an oven for 20mins at 200C. Leave 10mins in an oven.
