Miso Soup – Turnip’s root

Turnip’s root can be a good miso soup. I use both roots and leaves. You don’t need to peel roots’ skins. Roots are soft that the skins keep the roots in shape.

Ingredients
Turnip’s root   3pcs
Dashi soup    800㏄
Miso      as needed

How to cook
1. Wash turnip’s roots and leaves well. Cut roots. Cut leaves with 3cm length.
2. Boil dashi soup. Add roots and leaves. Remove bubbles.
3. Dissolve miso when roots are cooked.

Wash well. Cut roots. Cut leaves with 3cm length.
Cook roots and leaves in the dashi soup. Remove bubbles.
Dissolve miso when roots become transparent.
