Konjac balls are a popular dish and are usually cooked with sugar and soya-bean sauce. Konjacs are smelly so that you need to boil them before cooking. I used balls but you can cut cake type to cook this dish.
Ingredients
Konjac balls 300g
Dashi soup 100㏄
Sugar 25㏄
Sake 15㏄
Soya-bean sauce 30㏄
How to cook
1. Boil konjac balls for 2 minutes. Drain.
2. Cook konjac balls in a pan for 1 minute. No oil.
3. Add dashi soup, sugar, and sake. Cook for 5 minutes. Roll konjac balls while cooking.
4. Add soya-bean sauce and cook until all the soups are gone.
