Tofu can be eaten cold, hot, or cooked. Here, I introduce the basic way of serving cold tofu, “hiyayakko”. There are many ways of serving cold tofu and please make arrangements to find your favorite taste.
Ingredients
Tofu
Green onion
Katsuo-bushi (bonito flakes)
Ginger
Soya-bean sauce
How to cook
1. Slice green onion. Grate ginger.
2. Place tofu on a plate or a bowl. Serve with green onion, ginger, and bonito flakes.
3. Put green onion, ginger, and bonito flakes. Pour some soya-bean sauce.
