Potage soup made from green vegetables. You can use any green vegetables. It can be spinach, broccoli, asparagus, other green vegetables, or mix some of them. Please use rice powder instead of wheat flour to make this soup gluten-free.
Ingredients
Green vegetables 150g
Butter 10g
Onion 50g
Rice powder 10g
Water 400㏄
Milk 200㏄
Bouillon cube 4g
Salt 3g
Pepper
How to cook
1. Boil green vegetables. Drain and chop. Chop onion.
2. Cook butter and onion in a pan.
3. Add rice powder and cook for a while after onion become transparent.
4. Add water, bouillon cube, salt, and green vegetables. Cook for 5 minutes.
5. Stop heating. Add milk. Smooth the soup using blender or mixer. Heat again. Cook for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle some pepper.
