German Potato

This is not a traditional Japanese cuisine as it is named “German”. We call “German” potato when potato is cooked with bacon. You can add onions.

Ingredients
Potato    5pcs   
Bacon    100g
Olive oil  
Salt
Garlic (slices or chopped)
Pepper

How to cook
1. Slice potato with 7mm thickness. Cut bacon into 1cm x 5cm rectangles.
2. Olive oil and some garlic in a pan. Cook bacon for a while. Add potato. Salt and pepper. Mix.
3. Cover the pan and mix potato once in a while. Cook until some potato gets crispy. Add salt if needed.
