This is also gluten-free by using rice powder instead of wheat flour. The mold for madeleine if needed but if you did not have one, you can use similar molds.
Ingredients
Egg 2pcs
Sugar 120g
Milk 30g
Honey 30g
Rice powder 100g
Cocoa powder 30g
Baking soda 4g
Butter (a) 120g
Butter (b) 15g
Preparation
(A) Melt milk and honey together by microwave. Cook for 20 seconds.
(B) Sift rice powder, cocoa powder, and baking soda together.
(C) Melt butter (a) and (b).
(D) Apply melted butter (b) to the mold.
How to cook
1. Beat eggs and sugar in a bowl. Add (A) and mix.
2. Add (B) and mix well. Add melted butter (a) and mix. Leave in a fridge for 1 hour.
3. Put in a pastry bag and squeeze into each mold.
4. Bake for about 18 minutes in an oven at 180C.
