New York style cheese cake with a lot of chocolate. Very thick, and it has a full of chocolate flavor. I baked this cake for Halloween so I drew a face with plain dough.
Ingredients (for 18cm bottom less mold)
Chocolate sponge hollow out to 16cm diameter
Cream cheese 350g
Bitter chocolate 300g
Sugar 120g
Fresh cream 100g
Sour cream 90g
Egg 2pcs
Vanilla beans 1pc or some vanilla oils or essence
How to cook
1. Cover the mold with aluminum foil. Place oven paper inside.
2. Melt chocolate over hot water.
3. Cook cream cheese in a microwave for 90 seconds at 600 watt. Mix well with beater to make the cheese smooth. Add sugar and mix well.
4. Add fresh cream and sour cream. Mix well with beater.
5. Beat eggs. Add eggs into 4. Mix softly. Add vanilla. Separate 50g of this dough if you want to draw something.
6. Add melted chocolate and mix well.
7. Place chocolate sponge at the bottom of the mold.
8. Pour dough into the mold. If you want to draw something, put plain dough into a pastry bag and squeeze to draw.
9. Place small circle mold on the oven-pan. Place 8 on this small mold. Put in the heated oven. Pour hot water into the oven-pan. Bake for 30 minutes at 160C. Leave in the oven for 30 minutes after heating.
