Yogurt dessert utilizing drained yogurt that made after taking whey. Strawberry puree can be bought or made from fresh strawberries. Strawberry puree can be frozen after cooked and use when needed.
Ingredients
Drained yogurt 200g
Strawberry puree 250g
Gelatin 5g
Natural syrup 30g
How to cook
1. Soak gelatin with water. Drain.
2. Smooth drained yogurt with beater. Add syrup and mix well.
3. Warm strawberry puree in a pan. Add gelatin to dissolve. Mix well. Cool to 50C.
4. Mix drained yogurt and strawberry puree. Pour into containers and cool in a fridge for 4 hours.
