There are a variety of miso soup and you can make any arrangement. I like the flavor of this miso soup, probably it comes from enoki mushrooms.
Ingredients
Dashi soup 5 cups
Chinese cabbage 1/4 pcs
Enoki mushrooms 1 pack
Miso As needed
How to cook
1. Prepare dashi soup.
2. Cut Chinese cabbage and enoki mushrooms.
3. Add Chinese cabbage and enoki mushrooms into boiling dashi soup.
4. Dissolve miso when vegetables are cooked. Don’t boil after adding miso.
