This is a French dessert. Chocolate spread with salty caramel flavor. You can spread on toast or sandwich with macarons.
Ingredients
Water 20g
Sugar (a) 95g
Starch syrup 20g
Butter 15g
Chocolate 60g
Fresh cream 100g
Sugar (b) 30g
Salt 2g
How to cook
1. Boil water, sugar (a), and starch syrup in a pan and make them 180C.
2. Stop heating and add butter. Mix.
3. Add chocolate and mix.
4. In a separate pan, boil fresh cream, sugar (b), and salt.
5. Add 4. into 3. little by little. Mix well each time. The mixture become smooth and shiny.
6. Let it cool and store in clean bottles.
