Potato and onions are very common combination for miso soup.
Ingredients
Dashi soup
Onions 1/2 – 1pc
Potato 1pc
Miso as needed
How to cook
1. Slice onions with 5 mm thickness. Cut potato into dices.
2. Prepare dashi soup. Cook onions and potato. Remove bubbles.
3. When onions become transparent, add miso. No boiling after adding miso.
