This dessert is made from drained yogurt, the remain of after taking whey. Softened bananas are easy to handle for this dessert.
Ingredients
Drained yogurt 200g
Banana 1pc
Natural Syrups 25g (can be maple syrup, palm syrup, etc.)
Gelatin 2.5g
How to cook
1. Make paste of banana. Keep some slices for decoration.
2. In a bowl, mix drained yogurt and natural syrups with beater.
3. Soak gelatin in a water, drain, then let it melt over hot water.
4. Add melted gelatin and mix. Add banana paste and mix.
5. Pour into containers and cool for 3-4 hours.
