Gluten Free Gratin: Oyster

Gratin is quite popular dish in Japan and you can cook gluten fee if you made white sauce gluten free. White sauce can be made easily by using rice powder instead of flour. Macaroni should also be gluten free. This time, gratin is made with oyster.

Ingredients
Gluten free white sauce    about 300g
Oyster            10pcs
Onion            about 1/8 pcs
Broccoli           as needed
Gluten free macaroni     80g or as needed (can be any short pastas)
White wine          30cc
Shredded cheese
Grated cheese

How to cook
1. Chop onions. Boil broccoli.
2. Olive oil in a pan, cook onion, and then oyster.
3. Salt and pepper. Add white wine and cover the pan. Cook for a few minutes.
4. Boil macaroni at the same time.
5. Add white sauce into a pan and mix with oyster. Taste and add 1/2 tsp of salt if needed. Add macaroni and mix.
6. Put in a gratin plate. Put broccoli as much as you want.
7. Cover with shredded cheese, and then grated cheese.
8. Grill in an oven for 10 mins at 200C.

Cook onion and oyster with olive oil. Add white wine and cover the pan.
Add white sauce, and then macaroni. Add salt if needed.
I used gluten free fusilli this time.
Put in a gratin plate. Add broccoli. Cover with shredded cheese and grated cheese. Grill in an oven for 10 mins at 200C.
