Dessert made from drained yogurt. I added chopped canned fruits. Please use syrup instead of sugar and ideally use natural syrup like made from palm tree or beet. These syrups are plenty of oligosaccharide, which is a food for beneficial bacteria living in your intestines.
Ingredients
Drained yogurt 200g
Syrup 35g
Gelatin 5g
Milk 200g
Canned fruits as you like
How to cook
1. Mix well with beater drained yogurt and syrup.
2. Soak gelatin in a water, drain, and warm over hot water to melt.
3. Add milk into the bowl of yogurt, mix. Add melted gelatin, mix.
4. Cut canned fruits into small pieces. Add them in the bowl. Mix.
5. Pour into container and cool in a fridge for 4 hours.




This is a syrup made from beats, plenty of oligosaccharides, sold at many supermarkets in Japan.
